In 2019, Dusk2Dawn had the privilege of partnering with the nonprofit Impact Festival, providing comprehensive event solutions that encompassed every aspect of the occasion. Our expertise covered the gamut of event production and management, including innovative stage design, meticulous event planning, strategic artist bookings, efficient event management, targeted marketing, and seamless onsite logistical services. The successful execution of the Impact Festival is a testament to our ability to transform visions into memorable experiences.

In 2022, Dusk2Dawn was thrilled to contribute to New West's annual Uptown Live event, lending our production and logistics expertise to two of the event's three stages. Notably, we also pioneered the very first electronic music stage at the festival, marking a significant milestone in the event's history. This new stage was graced by talented, local, up-and-coming artists, further showcasing our commitment to supporting and promoting local talent. With Dusk2Dawn at the helm, the Uptown Live event was not only a success, but also a platform for growth and innovation in the music scene.

For the Persian New Year 2022 celebration at the prestigious Vancouver Pinnacle Ballroom, Dusk2Dawn brought a unique and memorable visual experience to life. We utilized projection mapping, a cutting-edge technology that turns everyday objects into a display surface for video projection, to transform the iconic ballroom walls. Our team crafted creative custom content, blending it with classic Persian artwork and video footage of old Tehran, as per the client's request. The result was a visually stunning and culturally enriched environment that added an extra layer of significance to the event, making it a truly memorable occasion for all attendees

Dusk2Dawn was honored to support the Black community during the DLM Protests, when we were called upon to assist in organizing an ambitious protest at Sunset Beach. The event, which was planned and executed in less than a week, was one of the most challenging tasks we've ever undertaken. Despite the short timeframe, we successfully managed all aspects of the event, from staging to video, security, and overall event management. As a result, the protest not only became the largest of its kind but also made national headlines. Furthermore, we livestreamed the protest globally, helping to amplify the voices and messages of the participants to a worldwide audience.

2020 presented a unique challenge due to the pandemic, but Dusk2Dawn stepped up to ensure that the Impact Festival could continue in a new format. We designed and executed an entirely digital festival which spanned four days, included four stages, and featured artists from across the globe. This project was a technological feat, requiring the development of new technology to meet the unprecedented demand. We managed to stream artists into a digital environment from worldwide locations, capturing performances on a physical stage, running a full workshop stage, and even showcasing live artwork. Despite the hurdles, the digital Impact Festival was a major success, raising $20,000 for harm reduction and clean water initiatives for First Nations communities

For the Vancouver-based Burning Man event, 'Burn in the Forest', Dusk2Dawn brought a unique twist to their annual 'burn of the man' tradition. Instead of a physical burn, we utilized projection mapping technology to create a visually stunning alternative. Multiple projectors were used to display imagery on the side of a mountain, adding an awe-inspiring dimension to the event. In addition, we built an impressive sound stage, complete with a fully integrated lighting package. Our efforts contributed to an immersive, memorable experience, reimagining the possibilities of the traditional event in a creative and sustainable way."

During a brief pause in the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, Dusk2Dawn played a significant role in the successful execution of the Prophecy Music Festival. To make the event truly special and in alignment with the festival's identity, we developed a unique, custom stage design inspired by the festival's branding. This design wasn't just about visual appeal, but it aimed to create an immersive atmosphere that heightened the music experience for attendees. Our involvement resulted in an unforgettable festival, proving our expertise in not just logistics and planning, but also in enhancing the overall aesthetic and feel of an event.

​In 2022, Dusk2Dawn was tasked with enhancing the 'Wormhole' stage at the Electric Love Music Festival. We developed a full truss and staging structure, transforming the festival's side stage into a focal point of the event. Our staging design not only provided a solid platform for performances, but also added an element of visual spectacle, making it an impressive setup that contributed to the overall success of the festival
